First Impressions Executor Form If the height of 4'9'' up there didn't clue you in, Rei is a petite teenage girl with a slender build that verges on looking as though she doesn't really eat enough. She's deathly (HEH) pale, with white hair to match and large, blue eyes. She's very soft spoken (voice example here), but her voice can grow shrill when she's panicked or upset. Her body language tends towards timid and withdrawn, with her often going out of her way to shrink into herself, away from others. As an Executor, the inside layer of her hair turns bright blue and her body language turns a bit more confident, but that's about it. Powers & Abilities ✦ Cryokinesis: Control of ice/snow/other forms of frozen water. Rei is able to freeze over water in the environment and manipulate it as she pleases. Starter tier power. ↪ ✦ Cryolock: Cryokinesis upgrade. The ability to freeze parts of an enemy in ice, slowing their movement. In battle, this forces an enemy to sacrifice one Movement during their turn, on success. ✦ Sword: Rei's unique weapon as an Executor, a one-handed sword with a bright blue blade.
